Neil Grove is a highly motivated and energetic personal trainer whose interest in the fitness industry originated in South Africa where he played rugby at a semi-professional level. Since moving to the UK he has obtained his Dip FTST and Adv PT certification. He has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from the total beginner to the elite athlete.

Neil Bio

I am a self-motivated, dedicated Personal Trainer, Vibration Training Expert and Sports Therapist, who, has embarked on a career in the Health and Fitness Industry since January 2002.

With my knowledge and experience in the health, beauty & fitness industry, brings the opportunity to advise the public on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, provide the means to nurture, everyday relaxation and personal well being. As a Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and currently hold the Ultimate Challenge World Heavy Weight Title. With a black belt in Goju Ryu Karate, I’ve also introduced 8 years of Traditional Martial Arts training into my training programmes to suit all types of clients, whether they are beginners or elite athletes to ensure that it is tough, but fun!
